I'm an Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) and Certified Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC). I have a business background in workplace learning and professional development I hold a diploma in Human Givens therapy and use its framework and tools within the context and boundaries of coaching. I am an experienced team coach able to help explore the health of a team and support the team to achieve optimal performance. As a professional coach, I am able to support people facing all kinds of life challenges. My specialty is in recovery and wellness coaching, helping people to realize their full potential from a mind, body and behavior perspective. As a recovery coach, I work with people who are recovering from addictions - particularly those in the first year of recovery exploring ways of reducing the risk of relapse and integrating the benefits of recovery into their daily life. I am a member of the LGBT community and welcome all who would benefit from working with me to grow and work towards realizing their personal goals as aspirations.

Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential-holders are trained (60+ hours) and experienced (100+ hours) coaches. They have demonstrated knowledge and emerging proficiency in the application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching. Earners show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, professional competence in their work with clients. The ACC must be renewed every three years
